And even if you’ve only got a few days, you can focus on the high-impact tools that matter most. The practical tools for labour - like positions, breathing cues, advocacy scripts and partner prompts - are easy to learn and use, even at the last minute.
IS IT JUST FOR FIRST TIME MUMS?
